The shepherd's hut was cozy and perfectly secluded, immediately feeling like home with the heating on and a pleasant radio playing upon arrival. Comfort levels were high with a cloud-like bed, and the complimentary gin and tonic was a delightful surprise. the decor in the dining area felt cluttered and cheap, slightly detracting from the charming setting. Finally, while I can't speak for the WiFi due to our no-phone policy, a breakfast in a beautiful dining room was a delightful way to start the day.

The Shepherds Hut was a true retreat, exuding a cozy charm that immediately felt like home. With a comfortable bed and pristine cleanliness, it made for a delightful stay. The complimentary gin and tonic added a nice touch, while the breakfast in the stylish dining room was a highlight. the noise from other guests at night dampened the tranquility, and the overall experience felt expensive for the quality observed.

Cozy getaway with a view
Just spent 2 nights in the King room with a private terrace—such a vibe! Room was super clean and cozy with a comfy bed and great amenities. Enjoyed bird songs in the morning. Breakfast was tasty, especially the veggie option. Only wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger. Overall an awesome stay.

The stylish decor and cozy atmosphere made me feel at home. The hotel is easily accessible with well-lit pathways and comfortable seating areas, ideal for seniors like myself who appreciate a welcoming and elegant environment.
An elevator for upstairs rooms would be beneficial.

Deluxe Double Room offered a spacious layout with a cozy balcony overlooking lush scenery. The breakfast spread featured local ingredients, delivering a tasty way to start the day, especially the smoked salmon—definitely a highlight.
The drips from a leak kept my wife awake most of the night, making it tough to get a good night's rest. The pressure in the shower left a lot to be desired, especially after a long day exploring. if you have long hair, be prepared for a bit of a wait. That odd lipstick stain on the glass was off-putting and made for a less than ideal first sip of morning coffee. the experience felt a bit underwhelming compared to the price tag we paid.

I enjoyed a delightful Saturday breakfast at Spot in the Wood, the new cafe in the old Terra Vina hotel. The decor felt fresh and inviting, with an open kitchen that added a lively touch. Staff greeted me promptly, taking my order without delay. I went for the full English breakfast, which was cooked to perfection. The black pudding stood out as particularly delicious. One downside was the dog-friendly policy, with dogs allowed throughout the dining area. I'm not fond of dogs, so this slightly affected my enjoyment. the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making me want to return even with the canine presence.
